The harrowing sequel to crime documentary Jeffrey Epstein: Dirty Rich will stream exclusively on the Netflix streaming platform this month.
With Lisa Bryant back as director, a trailer for a documentary was released last month that talks about “the monster behind the monster.” was put on trial for human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
The 60-year-old was a prominent member of London social life in the 1980s and was a prominent socialite who struck up a friendship with Epstein in the early 1990s at a party in New York.
A founder of a sorority named after the original Kit-Cat Club, Maxwell was also a director of the Oxford United Football Club during her father’s ownership prior to her relationship with Epstein.
The series aims to explore the role that Maxwell, who was born in France, played in Epstein’s abuse of underage girls after she was arrested and charged by the United States federal government in June 2020 with crimes that included seducing minors and trafficking minors for the purposes of sexual exploitation. it all had to do with her connection to Epstein. The trailer appears to show a documentary fully exploring Maxwell’s past, her relationship with Epstein, and the subsequent trial that led to her sentencing.

In December 2021, Maxwell was found guilty and convicted by a jury in US federal court on five counts of sex trafficking, with a potential sentence of up to 65 years in prison: one for sex trafficking of minors ( maximum: 40 years). , one for transporting a minor with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity (10 years) and three for conspiracy to commit serious crimes (15 years in total).
However, Maxwell’s lawyers asked for leniency after the 60-year-old was convicted in the United States in December on five of the six charges she faced.
Maxwell, who maintained her innocence, was then sentenced to 20 years in prison, despite prosecutors insisting on a sentence of 30 to 55 years in prison.
