“Although the New York Marine Corps promised to do so, they did not provide the full and effective defense to which Ms. Heard was entitled, they did not pay the attorneys’ fees and expenses that she was required to pay in connection with the defense of Ms. Heard, and he acted in other ways that were detrimental to Ms Heard and her defense.”
And yet that’s not all, Amber Heard’s legal team goes on to state that the New York Marine Corps acted in bad faith and may have acted against Zombieland actress due to controversy.
