RTL II plays Finder$ Keeper$
RTL II in Germany became the first international broadcaster to launch Finder$ Keeper$, a new family entertainment format following its launch on VTM in Belgium earlier this fall.
Bavaria Entertainment is producing the show that Be-Entertainment recently presented at MIPCOM for a 2023 debut.
The program debuted last September in prime time on VTM, where a one-off episode to test the format’s search engine was an instant success. With impressive ratings, a full series of hour-long episodes are currently in production for release in early 2023.
In each episode, the lucky family gets a chance to win up to €100,000. The money is hidden in their own house, where all the money they find within 30 minutes will stay with them. It sounds simple, but the creativity of the team of hiders knows no bounds.
inder$ Keeper$ is based on an idea from Belgian format collective Send in the Clowns and produced by PIT.
