At Disney World, seasonal food constantly comes and goes.
Whether it’s the food at the EPCOT festival stands or the holiday treats that have been waiting for you for months, the Disney menu is constantly changing! But what if we told you there was a place in Disney World where you could have Thanksgiving dinner every single day? Well, it’s true!
Imagine, it’s Thanksgiving and you’ve just filled your plate with turkey, mashed potatoes, toppings, and mac and cheese. Now imagine this plate… but you’re in Disney World! To get this experience, you need to go to The Liberty Tree Tavern in the Magic Kingdom.
This restaurant is located on Freedom Square, and it seems that you stepped back in time. It’s decorated in the style of a colonial New England inn, and it serves Thanksgiving-themed food 365 days a year!
The Liberty Tree Tavern is offered at a fixed price and you can enjoy it without limits. adults $39 per person and children $21 per person. So what’s on the all-inclusive menu here?
First, you will start with Salad “Declaration” with mixed herbs and homemade dressing. They are served family style in one plate to share the table.
You will also receive a basket of delicious buns.
The main meal is called Patriot’s Dish and this is where all the Thanksgiving favorites are! The dish includes roast turkey, Pennsylvania pot roast, oven-roasted pork, mashed potatoes, herb stuffing, seasonal vegetables, and mac and cheese. You will also get some homemade sauce on the side.
For dessert, you can order the iconic Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh, sticky toffee cake which is made with vanilla toffee cake, chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream. This is one of our favorite desserts in the entire Magic Kingdom!
The dining room at Liberty Tree Tavern can fill up quickly, so if you can’t make a reservation there, the same menu is available at Diamond Horseshoe! We found it easier to reserve a table at the Diamond Horseshoe, but here you get exactly the same dish – Oooey Gooey Toffee Cake and all!
Reminder: You can book a table at the restaurant up to 60 days in advance and it usually opens around 5:45 AM EST. Set these alarms ahead of time for a better chance of getting your desired booking!
So if you’re ever in the mood for a Thanksgiving dinner without cooking, you know where to go!
